Generating a good traction to medium blogs

Arcade hardly had any reader community on medium. They wanted to bring more traction to their blogs and create a hype about their project.

Minimum 65% increase in user count

Since, there was hardly any followers of Arcade on their Medium blog, they set a benchmark to increase the user count by at least 65%

They wanted a very engaged audience on Medium and requested to increase the user read for the blogs by at least 55% and then 65% respectively.

0 Followers on Medium

One of the biggest challenges we faced with Arcade was it was a brand new web3 project with almost no traction and 0 followers on Medium.


No Website

The Arcade website was still under development and it turned out to be a major challenge for us. It was really hard to build credibility in the absence of an official website for the web3 project.

No Cross Platform Sharing

Cross platform sharing was not possible as the project had minimal to zero social visibility and without an operational website.

A Strategic Approach

Since the project was one of its kind, there was no competitor analysis needed. We rather took a strategic approach to position the client as Industry leader and pioneer in the web3 gaming ecosystem.

Sponsored Content

Arcade position in the web3 landscape needed to be illustrated well. We suggested an approach of sponsored content to illustrate the position of the Arcade gaming platform in the metaverse. Multiple tie-ups with crypto ecosystems such as Kucoin labs was suggested to promote the blog traction.

Primary keyword research

We had to perform a comprehensive primary keyword research to ensure finding the relevant and trending and relevant keywords to target the right audience for the project. Once the keywords were defined, we segregated the same into primary and secondary.

Creating  a Comprehensive Content Cluster 

We curated a detailed comprehensive content cluster, which clearly defined the type of blogs we would be working on. The comprehensive content cluster included both sponsored blogs as well as non-sponsored content to organically rank on google and helped us reach a wider audience.

Drafting the blogs

Once the content cluster was approved by the client, we started drafting the blogs based on the specific guidelines issued by the client. We created 18 blogs per month for Arcade and helped bring readership to their medium page.

External Linking to HDA sources

Since Arcade did not have an official website, external linking to high domain authority was necessary to help bring traction to their website. We added external links with domain authority of more than 85%.
