With an NFT Portfolio Tracker Dashboard, expert AI watchdog, precise value estimator of the NFT assets, and an AI model trained to identify forged/manipulated NFTs, bitsCrunch stands out from the crowd.

Top Funnel 

BitsCrunch wanted content strategies tailor-made for 3 different platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Every platform requires a different approach to content strategy—the content that yields more engagement on Twitter wouldn’t work the same on LinkedIn.

1. Set the right tonality

There were specific instructions on the expectations for the messaging style and the language used in the social posts. However, we were allowed to get casual with our messaging but predominantly keep it formal and professional.

2. Creating Hashtag-Repository for all Platforms

The next step was researching detailed hashtags to target the right audience for their products on different platforms. We had a hashtag repository of 25 hashtags for each platform which was created using one of the best hashtag analytical tools.

3. Upgraded Deliverables

We had to consistently upgrade our deliverables per their revised design/content guidelines. They wanted us to engage the audience with general NFT news as well – to keep the NFT community aware of the NFT space while telling them of the ways they could safeguard their digital assets.

1. Product-Focused Twitter & Instagram Decks

Only two products were live at the time – Scour and Unleash NFTs. We curated engagement content like polls, open-ended questions, RT, Etc.
We focused on creating premium creatives, which helped to keep the engagement rate going.

2. Comprehensive Strategy on LinkedIn

The content used on LinkedIn was heavily brand-oriented. We introduced the audience to each core team member with a “Meet bitsCrunch” content bucket that ran once a week. Curated posts based on brand achievements and USPs – apart from product promotions.

Bottom Funnel

1. Promoting the AMA Session

AMA sessions are one of the best ways to help remove any FUD or doubts floating around the brand or the project. bitsCrunch wanted to squash all the FUD in one AMA session; different posts were created for Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to promote the AMA session.

2. Sustainable User Retention and Engagement

While we needed to bring in new users to our platform, we realized the importance of the existing members and their loyalty to our brand.
The focus was to continue with the business-as-usual activities across socials while rewarding and incentivizing the members monetarily for bitsCrunch and in kind-shoutouts, tags, and announcements for winners.
